Book Fair SEP Help

Next week is a busy week with the Book Fair and SEPs.

If you'd like the opportunity to help out, here are a few options

We still need to fill the following Book Fair shifts:

Mon 8:30-10:30 set-up
Wed 4-6 or 6-7:30 cashier
Thurs 2:30-4 or 4-6 cashier
Fri 10:30 take down

Book Fair Volunteer Schedule

The PTA provides dinner for the teachers during SEP conference.

Menu:

Wednesday 10/5

Cafe Rio Style Salads

   

Thursday 10/6

Sub Sandwiches

Pasta/Potato Salad

Chips

We need a few volunteers to bring the following items on Wednesday or Thursday

WEDNESDAY

Tortillas (uncooked - Costco)
Cotija cheese crumbled (or you can use the super finely grated parmesan)
Romaine lettuce (1-2 heads each volunteer)
Tomatillo Ranch Dressing (recipe will be provided)
Bottled Water (24+ already chilled- at COSTCO a pack of 35 is about $4)
12 Pack of Soda (already chilled)

THURSDAY

Pasta Salad (no meat)
Potato Salad
Chips (Box of 30 assorted chips from COSTCO)
